Back to Woodlane High School project
While she was a visiting artist at Woodlane High School in 2005, Cally Trench worked on a large (7 x 5 feet) painting in acrylic on canvas that shows her bedroom as a teenager, but seen from above. She worked primarily from memory, aided by imagination, and from the few objects from her teenage years (mostly books and records) that she still possessed.
Territory was exhibited in the 2005 Artsway Open and in At Play 1 at South Hill Park in 2009.
